Things Movers Won't Transport  Moving companies should have adequate insurance to cover your goods whilst in transit. Moving companies typically opt for Carriers Insurance also known as Goods In Transit Insurance. Removalists typically operate on an hourly rate basis rather than a fixed fee.  When things aren't organised, and packed correctly it makes it a more difficult and lengthy process for the moving company which could result in the moving fee being hundreds of dollars more. In order to save an much money as possible on your move, we recommend the following: 🔹Emptying Cupboards & Draws Draws and cupboards with items in them is dangerous and can cause damage to your items and/or furniture whilst in transit.
